This page covers the Filthy Fox wait list: what we collect when you join it, what we do with it, and how to make us forget you. Short version: we keep your email address so we can tell you when we launch, and we don’t sell it.

What we collect

• Your email address, when you join the wait list, and the date you joined.
• Basic visit data from Google Analytics: pages viewed, rough location, device and browser type. It uses cookies to tell one visit from the next.

That’s all. No names, no addresses, no payment details. There’s nothing to buy yet.

What we do with it

• Email you when the store opens, with your 20% code.
• After that, send occasional emails about new soaps and offers. Every one has an unsubscribe link.
• Use the analytics to see how many people visit and where from.

We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t share it with anyone except the services that help us run the list, below.

Who handles it

• Cloudflare hosts this page and stores the wait list until launch.
• Klaviyo (our email service) and Shopify (our store) take over the list when we open.
• Google Analytics provides the visit data.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If you unsubscribe, we keep only enough to make sure we never email you again.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time. Email hello@thefilthyfox.com and we’ll handle it within 30 days. To stop analytics cookies, use your browser’s privacy settings or Google’s opt-out add-on.

Changes

If this changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. When the store opens, a full privacy policy will replace this one.
